About the event
Join us this Sunday March 19th at 5 pm for a special movement meditation and celebration event to welcome the spring equinox! We'll gather together to move our bodies and connect with the energy of the changing season, celebrating the beauty and renewal of spring.
With guided breath work, and gentle movement meditation led by Gayla Farokh, we'll honor the rebirth of Mother Earth, ourselves and set intentions for the coming season. Tea and light bites will be served.
The event is donation based. You're welcome to donate in advance or at the door. All are welcome to join us in this celebration of nature and community.
