Inner Self Beauty invites you for an afternoon of zen. Join us Sunday March 12th at 2 PM for a complimentary class experience of Chakra Balancing Sound Meditation, led by Gayla Farokh - a North Dallas based spiritual teacher, sound healer, and meditation instructor.
During this class, you will have the opportunity to cleanse your mind, body, and soul through a transformative meditation journey that will help you balance and activate your chakras. Gayla will guide you through a series of breathing exercises to prepare your body for meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
As you immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the sound, you will feel your energy centers aligning and your stress melting away. After the meditation, we will enjoy a cup of tea together, allowing you to further ground yourself and reflect on your experience.
